So, it’s 2011, and you start thinking about how to get yourself back on track with your Health and Fitness.
Why not try something a little bit different with exercise this year, CARDIO KICKBOXING.
It has been labelled as the best workouts ever, once you learn the technique, although there are only a few places in Adelaide that will teach you the technique properly, and we are one.
With all Instructors having a history of Muay Thai Kickboxing and Punchfit Accrediated, we have combined this style of Kickboxing into a more cardiovascular and fitness class, but not like aerobics.
We give everyone a FREE week to do as many classes as they like. We start everyone of with a Intro Kick n’ Box, where we run through some of the fundamentals of Kickboxing and how we run our classes. Most people might do 1 or 2 Intro classes and then you are OK to do an Intermediate class. In the FREE week we suggest that people try the Intro class and then do a Intermediate class, so you can get a good idea if you like our classes without spending any money.
After the FREE week you have a few options to choose from with Memberships, our most popular is the $9.95 per week for unlimited classes, this is done through a direct debit. There is no time frame on this, you can stop at any time. Alternatively people can pay upfront or purchase a session card.
One of the best ways to get results is to to take your body out of your comfort zone and a Kick n’ box class will do this.
